Position: Mid-Plains Community College is looking for a qualified Shooting Club Coach who has the ability to coach and instruct proper shooting technique, plan engaging and skill building practices, and oversee all aspects of running a highly competitive shooting team. This position also requires someone who can recruit high performing shooters and oversee travel plans and fund raising for the team. Experience and knowledge in shooting, safety, recruiting, and planning is helpful. This position will be filled in either McCook or North Platte, NE, travel between all MPCC campuses is required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred and two years experience in shooting, coaching, firearm and bow safety are helpful. Strong leadership and recruiting skills are beneficial. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
