Bachelor's Degree OR Associates Degree with at least 1 year experience in a healthcare, simulation-based education, or academic related field
Job Summary
The Simulation Events Coordinator is responsible for the physical setup, day-of execution, and post-event breakdown of all simulation events at the RHIC Simulation Center and partner sites. This role is the operational backbone of individual simulation events, ensuring that every session is precisely configured, fully stocked, and ready to deliver a high-quality learning experience. The Simulation Events Coordinator serves as a welcoming first point of contact for learners, faculty, guests, and visitors entering the Simulation Center, greets individuals professionally and warmly, and orients them to the space as appropriate. The Events Coordinator represents the Simulation Center's culture and standards through every interaction. The Simulation Events Coordinator works closely with the Simulation Services Navigator, the Simulation Technology Coordinator, and the Clinical Simulation Specialist to ensure seamless event execution across all RHIC programs. This position provides primary day-to-day, on-site logistics contact during active simulation events.
