Job Summary

The SIS Functional Analyst will lead process improvement efforts... serving as the key interface between the users of technologies/processes and office leadership.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with three years of experience in a higher education setting, and experience with a student information system.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, organizing/planning skills, and communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of Registrar processes from enrollment to graduation. Experience in planning, documenting and implementing processes. Familiarity with FERPA.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge: Knowledge of the principles, policies and techniques of educational administration. Thorough knowledge of University policies and procedures related to AU. Thorough knowledge of USG rules and regulations. Knowledge of integrated information systems. Experience with student information systems.

SKILLS: Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills.

ABILITIES: Ability to plan and coordinate work independently. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to develop processes and utilize technology to increase efficiency.

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: Days; M-F (Work outside of the standard business hours may be required)

Pay Band: B12

Salary: $62,300/annually-$79,400/annually

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
