The Opportunity
Serves as Worldwide U.S. Site Director for specific civilian locations throughout the United States. The Site Director is responsible for both the Academic and Operational tasks of the Worldwide site including academic advising, F1 Visa (Academic Student) program management, budget, compliance, facility oversight, and University support (to include community relations). Works cooperatively with constituents from other departments and represents Worldwide Site Management as a leader. Coordinates with the Program Manager and Senior Director of Operations in determining yearly and monthly budgets, engagement and outreach activities in the community, routine compliance reviews, and University support. Works with Worldwide Advising leadership in the execution of academic policy and program changes for awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support students on academic planning, course registration, financial aid, and university policies to ensure timely degree progression and retention.
- Monitor student performance, proactively conduct outreach at key milestones, and manage academic concerns such as probation or conditional admission.
- Serve as SEVIS liaison for F-1 students, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and assisting with CPT/OPT processes.
- Collaborate with faculty and university departments to resolve student issues, support course completion, and coordinate graduation and transition activities.
- Assist with site operations including budgeting, event planning, compliance, and coordination with university leadership and external agencies.
