Skills-First Talent Ecosystems: Designing Adaptive Workforce Orchestration Models

About the Project

Rapid technological change is challenging traditional approaches to job design, hiring, and workforce planning. This DBA research opportunity focuses on the design of skills-first talent ecosystems that allow organizations to identify, mobilize, and redeploy capabilities in real time.

Possible research directions include skills-based organizations, talent orchestration, workforce resilience, internal mobility, alternative credentialing, capability mapping, and adaptive leadership in fast-changing markets.

This opportunity is particularly relevant for experienced HR leaders, organizational development professionals, consultants, technology leaders, professional services executives, and senior managers responsible for workforce transformation. Candidates may design a capability flow model, skills-first workforce dashboard, or adaptive talent allocation framework.

The expected contribution is a practical artefact that helps organizations move beyond static job descriptions toward more agile, capability-based workforce models.
