Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Software Coordinator, Enterprise Services to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division.
The Software Coordinator, Enterprise Services will work in a small team environment to provide coordination of a range of software vendor contracts and managed services supporting software lifecycle management. The position will support the Team Leader, Enterprise Services in the provision of software services. The role will work across teams to ensure services are consistent, continuously improving, well documented and articulated both within the function and outwardly to the QUT Community. The position works closely with team leaders and staff to ensure process, knowledge management, standards, and work practice are aligned to departmental and enterprise expectations. The role is critical to driving business efficiencies and value ensuring that resources, partnerships and vendors are managed and engaged effectively.

- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated experience in communicating complex issues clearly and confidently in various formats at all levels within the organisation.
- Demonstrated customer service skills including the ability to resolve client matters and enquiries with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, including time management and the ability to successfully prioritise, work under pressure and produce high quality work within tight time commitments.
- High level of digital literacy including the ability to navigate multiple complex information systems.
