Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, summer hours Monday through Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing essential support for office workflow and technical procedures related to faculty assignment contracting for all faculty categories, including undergraduate, continuing education, lifestyle, and community learning. This position is also responsible for maintaining quality standards and ensuring strict compliance with institutional policies and regulations governing contracting activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Performance Requirements
- Provides support for workflow coordination and technical processes related to faculty assignment contracting
- Assists with project planning, design, development, and implementation dealing with assignment contracting
- Collaborates with IT, Institutional Research state reporting staff, and end users, as needed, to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to faculty assignment contracting forms, workflows, and system processes
- Provides input towards the recommendations and communications for appropriate leaders, teams, and committees and partners with internal departments to streamline communication
- Assists with the review and update of district-wide policies, procedures, and materials related to faculty assignment contracting
- Supports the coordination and execution of departmental and district special projects and events
- Participates in departmental meetings, district events, and professional development opportunities related to assignment contracting processes and trends
- Provides input and support for continuous improvement of faculty assignment contracting workflows and communications
- Adheres to departmental operational procedures, guidelines, and established processes
Service Excellence
- Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
- Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
- Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
- Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College
Supervision
Works under the supervision of the assigned department leader
Performs Other Related Tasks as Required
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and five (5) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year’s professional working experience using the Ellucian Colleague enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for faculty assignment contracting and stipend workflow processing
- At least one (1) year’s professional working experience with section building
- At least one (1) year’s professional working experience in a TCC academic office or department
