General Requirements: Associates degree in related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Three years related experience or experience in a related field. Certifications may be required. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties: Perform advanced specialist and supervisory program work for the Admissions customer service and processing teams.

Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only): Performs specialist duties. Oversees the work of Administrative Associate I and assigned student staff (customer service and processing teams). Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, supervising and reviewing student employees when necessary. Plans, develops, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates services. Responsible for translating the goals and values of the university to all categories of prospective students. Participates in activities involving the projection of the university's image to the public. Assists in developing policies and interprets policies and procedures. Compiles, tracks, and reviews data and reports on the effectiveness of services. Prepares, reviews, revises and distributes documents and correspondence. May be responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and participating in special projects. Receives, directs, and provides work units, students and the general public with routine information. Assists the Processing team with special tasks as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
