SPECIALTY ASSIGNMENTS: Employee participates in a *monthly* specialty rotation, varying worksite and specialty duties between Work Control, RaiderCard, and Parking Services. Serves as the front-line customer service representative in each specialty assignment, delivering excellent customer service across all communication channels and supports SERVICE plus philosophy of Texas Tech University through work attitudes and actions.
