- Base salary will be in the range $117,958 - $132,247 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 8)

About This Opportunity
The Specialist Integration Business Analyst and Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the analysis, coordination and delivery of system integrations across the University. Working at the intersection of business and technology, the role partners with stakeholders to understand requirements, coordinate integration activities, and support the effective operation and continuous improvement of integration services. The position contributes to ensuring integrations are well-designed, well-governed and aligned to organisational priorities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse, document and validate business and integration requirements, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate integration activities across internal teams and external vendors to support successful delivery and ongoing operations.
- Support the monitoring, issue resolution and continuous improvement of integration services, including incident and problem management activities.
- Contribute to integration governance, standards and documentation, supporting consistent and reusable integration practices.

About You
You are an organised and analytical professional who enjoys working in complex environments where you can bridge business needs and technical delivery. You are comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting integration initiatives from analysis through to delivery, and contributing to structured, well-governed outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, coordination or similar roles within IT or digital environments.
- Strong ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate discussions and manage relationships across business and technical teams.
- Experience translating business needs into clear, structured requirements or functional documentation.
- Exposure to system integrations, data interfaces or API-based solutions in a complex organisation.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues and contribute to practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and status updates.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple activities concurrently.
- Self-motivated, methodical and outcomes-focused, with a strong attention to detail.
Appointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of relevant pre-employment checks, which may include verification of the right to work in Australia, qualifications, and criminal history checks.
