The Public Safety Technology Specialist is a vital member of the Campus Police Department, responsible for ensuring the operational reliability and effectiveness of the College’s security technology systems. This role oversees the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of critical systems, including fire alarms, video surveillance, access control, key management, and communication platforms.
Working collaboratively with Information Technology Services (ITS) and Facilities, the Specialist manages projects, coordinates vendor activities, and implements system improvements that support campus safety and law enforcement operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining a secure learning environment for students, faculty, and staff.
