On 23 rd of September of 2026, the University of Huelva issues the following resolution for the recruitment of a Specialist Technician commissioned by the Research project with "Protio Power S.L.", within the framework of a 60-article contract, entitled: "Design, development and construction of two single-cell PEM stacks (high- and low-temperature) and one multi-cell PEM stack (high- or low-temperature)".

Specific Requirements: Staff capable of managing, coordinating, and monitoring activities related to research projects, providing support to research staff in document management, tracking orders and procurement procedures, organizing and coordinating activities and meetings, as well as preparing, monitoring, and justifying documentation associated with research projects.
The position requires the ability to work independently on assigned tasks, initiative, and the ability to resolve issues and problems related to the activities carried out, as well as a willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with research staff. A clear focus on and interest in the field of research and in carrying out activities related to R&D&I projects will also be valued.

Salary
Amount: 1.100,00 € gross, monthly including the prorated share of extra payments
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting with the collection and preparation of information and documentation for the drafting of research project reports, under the supervision of the relevant staff.
- Supporting principal investigators (PIs) in organising activities related to research projects, in accordance with established instructions and procedures.
- Preparing and processing documentation relating to minor contracts, framework agreements and inventory sheets, in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitoring orders placed and their invoicing by checking, recording and filing the relevant documentation, thereby ensuring proper traceability.
- Processing and monitoring travel authorisations for CITES research staff, in accordance with established procedures and authorisations.
- Assisting with the preparation and compilation of the documentation required to justify research projects, following the instructions of the staff in charge.
- Assisting with the organisation of research meetings involving project members, including the preparation of documentation and the management of the necessary organisational aspects.
Selection process
1- Proven professional experience in activities supporting the management and monitoring of projects and technical operations within the scope of the project (primarily electricity, electronics, and industrial heating and cooling) (maximum 4 points): Experience in the management and monitoring of projects, technical works and tasks, including planning, gathering information, monitoring activities and preparing associated documentation. (1 point); Experience in administrative and document management relating to the implementation of projects and works, including the monitoring of purchases, orders, quotations, supplies and financial documentation. (1 point); Experience in the organisation, classification, filing and maintenance of records and documentation relating to projects, initiatives and technical work. (1 point); Experience in the management and coordination of operational and administrative relations with suppliers, technical staff, collaborators and other parties involved in projects and work. (1 point).
2- Possession of one or more degrees beyond the minimum required in the job posting will be viewed favorably: 3 points.
3- Personal interview: (maximum 3 points), evaluated as follows: 1) Knowledge and understanding of the position’s duties (up to 1 point). 2) Ability to manage documentation and files (up to 1 point). 3) Organizational and planning skills (up to 0.50 points). 4) Ability to communicate and coordinate with researchers and the Principal Investigator (up to 0.50 points).
