Spirit Squad Assistant Coach/Cheer Skills Coach
Description of Work:
Organize student-athlete activities beginning with the recruitment process, team travel, practice schedules, and performances. Develop squad members' cheerleading skills. Coordinate marketing and promotion activities for events with athletic staff. Serve as the direct liaison to work with Marketing on in-game atmosphere and liaison with other athletic department offices.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and one year experience in coaching or instructing advanced skill level cheerleaders; equivalent education/experience considered.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, supervisory skills and computer skills essential.
- Current USA Cheer Coaches' membership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer experience coaching Division I cheer
- One year experience as a Division I or Division II cheerleader
- Coaching or instructing cheerleading squads in UCA (Universal Cheerleaders Association) style.
