Under the direction of the AS/SDSU Sport Club Manager, the Assistant Coach for the Women's Club Lacrosse team will be responsible for assisting the head coach with the following duties: planning and administration; design and implementation of practice schedules and training schemes; coordination of team travel; coordination of member recruitment and retention efforts; alumni engagement; and promotion and marketing of the lacrosse program.
