"Sr. Program Administrator Supervisor"

Position Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Sr. Program Administrator Supervisor for The Institute for Families (IFF) at the Rutgers University School of Social Work. This position reports to the Manager of Learning and Development.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

• Provides subject matter expertise and technical knowledge to support the development of learning products and educational materials for the early care and learning workforce.
• Ensures that training sessions, curricula, reports, infographics, and other educational materials developed for the Institute's early childhood Initiatives are inclusive of developmentally appropriate, evidence-based, and culturally responsive practices in early childhood.
• Contributes to a team that includes instructional designers, subject matter experts, program partners, and stakeholders dedicated to high-quality content, learner-centered materials, and strong engagement of early childhood professionals in various roles.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least five (5) years of related experience in the education or early childhood education field, or relevant professional experience and strong knowledge of early and school-age child development.

A maximum of $93,500k is budgeted for this position
