The Office of the Registrar serves as the central hub for academic administration at OU. The office maintains the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all student academic records and provides essential services such as course registration, degree navigation, classroom scheduling, academic calendar coordination, transcript evaluation, diploma production and FERPA compliance that support students, faculty, and academic units across the institution. - Responsible for evaluating and posting transfer and prior learning credit as part of the Transcript Evaluation team. This role directly supports OU Online admissions, requiring speed, accuracy, and clear communication skills.
