Review, evaluate, organize, and maintain confidential documentation related to student disabilities in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, privacy requirements, and University policies. Serve as a liaison and resource in identifying, addressing, and resolving issues involving students with disabilities; coordinating with appropriate University personnel and departments as necessary.Coordinate and support the SSWAT program, which connects students with disabilities to individual peer success coaches who assist students in navigating University services, activities, and personnelProvide individualized coaching, guidance, and mentoring to students with disabilities to promote personal development, self-advocacy, confidence, appropriate professional and social behaviors, dress, personal presentation, daily living skills, and help them gain a sense of purpose within the University communityDevelop and coordinate, in collaboration with appropriate University personnel, workshops and other learning opportunities for faculty, staff, and students designed to increase awareness of disability-related issues, reduce stigma, and address unconscious bias. Collaborate with the Director to develop, coordinate, and implement co-curricular activities for students with disabilities to enhance and support wellness and academic successReceive, assess, and assist in resolving student complaints and concerns related to disability services, accommodations, access, and University processesParticipate in the development and preparation of the annual budget for assigned area; and ensure expenditures remain within approved budgetPrepare or authorize purchase requisitions, payment requests, and other financial documentation in accordance with University policies and proceduresCompile, analyze, maintain and report data from various sources including accountingEstablish and maintain accurate, current and secure office files, records and logs for assigned areas; develop, prepare, and monitor recordkeeping systems to ensure data integrity and accessibilityRegular and predictable attendance requiredPerform other job-related duties and projects assigned in support of the University's mission, core values, and goalsMinimum Job Requirements:A bachelor's degree in related area and a minimum of one-year experience directly related to the duties specified or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required

Working ConditionsPhysical Demand and Working Conditions: - Work is generally performed indoors during regular work hours, but will require some evening and weekend hours
- Work is sedentary in nature that at times requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Occasionally requires up to 25 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
