General Statement of Duties: The Enrollment Success Analyst provides data, reporting, and analytic support to advance institutional goals for persistence, retention, completion, and enrollment management. This role builds and maintains dashboards that identify at-risk students, evaluate the effectiveness of SU SUCCESS interventions, and support the university's Early Support system with accurate, actionable data. The Analyst also develops enrollment management reports that help leaders understand trends in registration, stop-outs, and student progression. By integrating student success and enrollment analytics, the position ensures that campus partners and university leadership have the insights needed to make timely, data-informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- (E) Builds, maintains, and refines dashboards that monitor persistence, retention, completion, and enrollment trends.
- (E) Develops analytics to identify at-risk students and track the effectiveness of SU SUCCESS interventions.
- (E) Provides data and technical support for the Early Support system, ensuring timely and accurate alerts.
- (E) Analyzes outcomes for Pell Grant and MASSGrant recipients, disaggregating data by equity groups to monitor gaps.
- (E) Generates recurring and ad hoc reports for DHE, institutional leadership, and enrollment management decision-making.
- (E) Partners with Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, and Student Affairs to provide actionable insights on student success and enrollment initiatives.
- (E) Collaborates with campus partners to supply data that drives case management and intervention strategies.
- (E) Produces enrollment management reports that track registration, re-enrollment, stop-outs, and credit momentum for undergraduate students.
- (E) Ensures data integrity by validating student information across SIS, Early Support, and related platforms.
- (E) Works with IT and Institutional Research to align reporting standards and data definitions.
- (E) Presents findings in clear, accessible formats to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- (E) Contributes to continuous improvement by recommending evidence-based adjustments to SU SUCCESS and enrollment management strategies.

Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Higher Education, Business Intelligence, or related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Ability to translate complex student success and enrollment data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of higher education metrics, including persistence, retention, and enrollment management.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, grant-funded, benefited, exempt, professional APA position. The firm annual salary for this position is $75,000. Funding for this position is currently available until September 2027. This position is fully remote, with in-person meetings as required. The anticipated start date for this position is September 21, 2026.
