Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1,000 hours of training as a Student Account Specialist 1 (or 12 months of equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated ability to calculate fractions, decimals, and percentages, and to read and write using common business vocabulary.
- Completion of six coursework units in public relations or a minimum of six months of customer service/public relations experience.
- Minimum of 600 hours of training or six months of experience in collections-related procedures and techniques.
- Minimum of 600 hours of training or six months of experience in lending or student account recordkeeping, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Excellent communication skills required
- Experience in Microsoft excel required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Banner ERP system desired
- Experience in higher education desired
