Job Description:

• Deliver comprehensive advisory support
• Play a key role in supporting student success
• One year fixed-term, full-time role based at AUT's City Campus

An exciting opportunity for a Student Advisor has become available in the Student Hub, City campus, Student Services & Administration division.

For this role, we are looking for an individual who can deliver comprehensive support using a case management approach. Our Student Advisors cover a broad range of student services, from assistance with student administration matters through to wellbeing support, enabling students to achieve their academic and personal goals. The Student Hub's services are delivered across multiple channels; phones, email, in-person and online.
