Student Affairs Office – Temporary Assistant Officer (Ref: AO (SAO) 2026-06-18)
Responsibilities
- handle frontline phone and in-person enquiries;
- assist in processing student residential accommodation applications and maintaining related records;
- provide administrative support to the Residential Colleges and Accommodation Section; and
- support day-to-day coordination with students and relevant service providers.
Applicants Should
- possess a recognised associate degree or above in any discipline;
- be proficient in computer skills including MS Office;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- have good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- have a strong sense of responsibility.
Work experience in the tertiary education sector or housing management will be an advantage. Appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours.
