Position Summary
This position provides administrative and student services support for graduate programs in the Department of Counseling and Human Development Services. The role applies established University and Graduate School policies and procedures to assist prospective and current students, faculty, and staff.
Admissions and Enrollment Support (30%)
- Provide information to prospective students regarding program requirements, admissions processes, and application procedures.
- Respond to inquiries from applicants, students, and parents via email, phone, and in-person communication.
- Process and route application materials using GradSlate and GradStatus.
Student Services and Records Support (45%)
- Serve as a resource for current graduate students by providing guidance on registration, enrollment, and graduation processes.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, the Registrar’s Office, and the Graduate School.
Program and Curriculum Administrative Support (15%)
- Provide administrative support to program coordinators in maintaining program materials.
Data Management and Reporting (10%)
- Maintain accurate student records and files in accordance with University policies.
