Position Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Student Assistant (MarCom) for the Office of Marketing and Communication within the School of Public Health, located in Piscataway, NJ. The Student Assistant (MarCom) will serve as a Student Assistant to the Rutgers School of Public Health Office for Marketing and Communication (OMC), providing general administrative and operational support to the Office.

Duties include:

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Office of Marketing and Communication.
• Track, organize, and prepare swag and promotional materials for mailings, events, and special activities.
• Update public relations tracker and flag media mentions and coverage.
• Assist with accessibility and compliance efforts, including support ahead of key deadlines
