The College of Business, Health, and Human Services at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UA Little Rock) invites applications for the position of Student Development Specialist (P00001125/R0084340). This is a 12-month position to begin August 16, 2026.
The College of Business, Health, and Human Services offers a range of programs designed to education, inspire, and prepare students for fulfilling careers. The college consists of five school: Business; Counseling, Human Performance; Criminal Justice and Criminology, Nursing, and Social Work.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in education, academic advising, or related field;
Bachelor’s degree, plus experience (minimum of 2 years), in a job-related field may be substituted for the degree requirement upon approval of the search committee.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education settings;
Experience working with complex database systems;
Familiarity with the Workday platform.
