Nature & Purpose of Position:
COBA Tutors (College of Business) offer academic support and encourage student engagement in and outside the classroom by offering tutoring hours, facilitated study sessions, meeting with faculty members and modeling best student practices. COBA tutors have the opportunity to provide individualized and group support to students in their designated classroom.

Other Requirements for the Position:
Recommendation from a faculty member, preferably in the field of tutoring interest, is required. EX: if you wanted to offer tutoring in ACCT 2302, then you would need a recommendation letter from a faculty member, preferably an Accounting faculty member, that could share about your abilities in the classroom and with accounting courses.
