Nature & Purpose of Position:

• Assist with updating and maintaining the department’s social media platforms and digital signage, ensuring that content is accurate, timely, and compliant with university standards and guidelines.
• Help organize, publish, and manage social media content and digital signage to support departmental communication, marketing, recruitment, and student engagement efforts.
• Assist in creating digital communication materials, including digital signage graphics, social media assets, and other visual content as needed.
• Provide support to faculty and departmental leadership on digital communication initiatives and projects.
• Assist with planning, promoting, and supporting departmental events and activities.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop content that highlights departmental achievements, programs, and opportunities.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Other Requirements for the Position:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong visual communication and photography skills.
• Familiarity with social media, digital content creation, and graphic design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional communication standards.
