Merit's Community Engagement Managers and Member Success Associates serve as the primary liaison for Merit Member organizations. Our team mission is to help Merit Members reach their strategic objectives by effectively extending the resources of their own organizations. Our team is dedicated to ensuring Member success by offering exceptional service support and collaborating with Merit Operations and leadership to prioritize the Member experience and the value Merit delivers to its Members. As an intern within the Member Engagement team, your work will contribute to a positive Member experience.

• Summarize member initiatives by scanning member websites, entering data into Google Notebook and sharing a spreadsheet of Notebook links with the team.
