Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and organize paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Schedule meetings and work the front desk counter.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information to students.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries related to student money management.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting Student Money Management events and outreach activities.
- Work directly with our event specialist to prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and educational programs for students.
- Represent Student Money Management at campus events by engaging with students and promoting available resources and services.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned to support the office.
This position is an excellent opportunity for students to develop administrative, communication, public speaking, and event coordination skills while working in a collaborative and student-centered environment. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service focused, and comfortable interacting with students in both one-on-one and group settings.
