About the Opportunity:
The Faculty of Arts and Design is seeking an enthusiastic Student Experience Advisor to join its dynamic team.
Reporting to the Manager Student Experience (Education and Engagement), you will be pivotal in supporting the development and implementation of policies providing course level information to students and procedural advice to academic staff.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated work experience in student experience and customer service with the ability to build, maintain and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual with a can-do attitude and a high attention to detail. Whilst not essential, previous experience using Callista or CRM systems will be highly regarded.
