Position Overview

Reporting to the Dean and working closely with the Dean's direct reports and students, the Student Experience Coordinator will advance the College's execution of creating a holistic student experience for the college's undergraduate students on the Moscow campus. This will entail successfully developing and executing purposeful student-centered events, creating an avenue to capture the student's voice regularly, and developing content for platforms to showcase promote events and the success of…

our students.

Duties include:

Plan, coordinate, and execute student-centered events and programming that enhance the undergraduate student experience and support students' personal and professional development.
Build relationships with students and student organizations and collaborate with faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and campus partners to deliver meaningful student experiences.
Lead student-facing marketing and communications, including social media, digital content, and promotion of student programs, events, opportunities, and accomplishments.
Capture and share student experiences and success stories to strengthen student connection and showcase the College's student experience.
Administer student surveys and other assessment activities to gather student feedback, internship and career outcomes, and measures of student success.
Analyze and report student engagement, feedback, and outcomes data to inform College decision-making and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

One year of work experience in student support services, clientele support services or organizational learning
Demonstrated familiarity with social media platforms and experience creating engaging digital content

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year institution

Required Other

Ability to work nonstandard business hours including selected evenings and weekends

Additional Preferred

Experience in event planning and coordination
Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute strategic ideas
Marketing and content creation experience

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 25 pounds
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for long periods of time
