The Office of Financial Aid is looking for an individual with experience in higher education financial aid administration and compliance, student finance, or a related field to fill our Student Financial Aid Officer IV position. The Student Financial Aid Officer IV will serve as the Federal Pell Grant Officer while also assisting in the administration and maintenance of current and new grant and scholarship programs. Position will help monitor compliance with all federal, state, and institutional rules and regulations, with special attention given to Title IV administration, documentation, and staff training. Position will provide support and review documentation for compliance, audits, and training, as well as monitor compliance with federal and state reporting and disclosure requirements. Position will also assist with the maintenance if the Financial Aid Policy and Procedure Manual and all related procedural guides, as well as with management, documentation, and processing of office quality controls.
