Job Description
This position will directly support the goals of Title III—Strengthening Institutional Capacity and Student Success—by improving communication, engagement, and professional development programming across ICEED initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-design professional seminar and workshop flyers to promote ICEED programs that enhance student career readiness, entrepreneurship, and engagement.
  • Support the creation of digital assets and templates (for PowerPoint, video) to ensure consistent branding and dissemination of Title III-funded activities.
  • Develop templates for video storytelling (e.g., student and faculty success features) and presentation materials to highlight ICEED impact.
  • Support updating the ICEED website with content and storytelling.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Presently enrolled at Prairie View A&M University for at least nine (9) graduate or six (6) undergraduate semester credit hours during the term in which the work is to be done.
  • Must be in good academic standing (SAP) as demonstrated through your college; minimum 2.0 GPA
  • No prior experience necessary
  • For work eligibility during a summer term, a student must be enrolled for at least three (3) graduate or undergraduate semester credit hours during the term in which the work is to be done or preregistered at least six (6) undergraduate semester hours for the fall/spring terms.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Some experience with Communication and Marketing Support.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Extensive experience with Communication and Marketing Support.
