The Student Office Assistant will support the day-to-day operations
of the law school by completing various administrative tasks and
research projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research to obtain data; data entry
- Basic office duties
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Assist with errands both on and off campus

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Education and Experience
- Current enrollment in Liberty University undergraduate or
graduate degree program
Must be in good academic standing
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously of a
routine and complex nature

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Environment
The working environment in which one will typically perform the
essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office
setting. It is well lighted and the noise level is moderate.
Driving Requirements
Use of one’s personal vehicle may be required for travel in the
performance of the essential functions of this position. Proof of a
valid Virginia driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, and
liability insurance is required.

Starting at $12.77
Student employees are paid at least the current Virginia minimum
wage per hour. Pay may vary by position and department based on job
responsibilities, required skills, available funding, and market
conditions.
