Job Profile: Student Affairs Prog Coord
Job Duties: Coordinates one or more programs within the unit's scope of responsibility and coordinates all aspects of a project or program to promote student learning and development. Assists with coordinating any activities and providing facilitation and developing curriculum design for ongoing and new educational initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with the design of student-focused programming and associated resources and materials to promote new and ongoing educational initiatives
- Provides guidance on resources for individual students or internal stakeholder groups
- May assist with supervising and training student employees
- Assists with scheduling, logistics, securing resources, and facilitating one or multiple student affairs programs, activities, and/or services
- Will support student organization travel
- Works with the UWO Food Pantry
Department: Reeve Union
Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour and commensurate with experience
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience Required: Demonstrated experience working with student leadership and student organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and procedure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) to three (3) years' experience supervising or advising student involvement, student governance, leadership development, and/or student programming.
Education:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
