Routine data entry; Answering phones; Making copies; Greeting Customers; Taking messages; Managing confidential information; Maintain regular attendance; and perform other job duties as assigned. Standing, Walking, Bending, Squatting, Kneeling, Repetitive hand motion, Prolonged use of computer. Occasionally: Lifting a minimum of thirty (30) pounds, climbing. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: College student at NMHU Enrolled wit a minimum of six (6) credit hours. High school diploma or GED Preferred Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Specific Duties- Answer phone calls, set advisement appointments on shared calender, greet guest and direct to appropriate offices, answer center emails, check and process USPS mail, assist in student services and center events. Assist in digital media outreach projects using various platforms
