In addition to the public-facing role, she/he also handles back-end processing. This end-to-end approach ensures that each Associate understands the full scope of what is needed to resolve issues, from initial contact to successful follow-up. Back-end tasks support all aspects of the Office of Student Services, including loan certification and disbursement, student account analysis, financial advising and outreach, cashiering, payment reconciliation, and first year orientation. Hiring Range: $24.78/hr to $30.96/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
B.A. preferred. Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking office environment with exposure to federal or state regulated programs, preferably in a university setting.
