Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Student Success Advising Technology Trainer reports to the Director of the Student Success Collaborative (EAB Navigate) and oversees the implementation, development, data integrity, and ongoing training of technology resources to ensure for the effective use of EAB Navigate among faculty and staff. This individual will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to ensure that this technology system is connected campus wide to support greater outcomes in student retention, persistence and graduation.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education:
- Master's degree
- Strong presentation, training, and consulting skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, especially when explaining complex technical information to non-technical users.
- Proven project management and consulting skills, with the ability to interpret data and assess program and technology effectiveness.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse campus stakeholders.
