Student Success Coach (2 positions)
Saint Francis University invites applications for two (2) full time 12-month positions as Student Success Coach in the Division of Professional Studies.
This hybrid position, both on campus and remote schedule, is primarily responsible for managing a caseload of online, workforce development and high school students, with a focus on promoting student success and program completion. Key duties include offering academic advising, collaboratively planning and scheduling courses to facilitate degree completion, acting as a student advocate; addressing academic needs necessary for program completion and developing effective communication and support systems to ensure students receive assistance through their educational journey.
Bachelor's degree required; a minimum of two years of experience in higher education is strongly preferred. Demonstrated commitment to excellence in all areas of responsibility. Exceptional written, interpersonal, analytical, and team-building skills. Knowledge of student success planning, retention strategies, and coaching methodologies. Strong judgment and a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience providing student support services and developing student success plans. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with prospective and current students, faculty, and staff in support of departmental and institutional goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management. Experience with the Jenzabar Student Management System and Jenzabar software is strongly preferred.
