Job Description
The Student Success Counselor will assist continuing students with processes related to registration. Must have in depth knowledge regarding various areas of the college and work with other subject matter experts such as Advisors, Financial Aid, Registrar etc. to effectively escalate issues. Provides information to students about the functions listed above and assists students continue their enrollment in the Ivy Tech community.
