Assist with student support services for prospective, applied, and current students, recruitment and admission efforts which include applications, campus tours, new student orientation, placement testing, Macomb OneCard, and registration. 

• Be intuitive to the feelings and interests of a diverse population of students and sta?.
• Contribute to an enthusiastic and supportive environment that encourages student success.
• Welcome and triage students upon office entry. May be assigned to work in the Enrollment Services lobby, the Welcome Center, or Placement Testing on any given day.
• Answer calls on the ACD line, make outbound calls and respond to emails from various departmental mailboxes.
• Assist and support students, staff, and faculty in the various student service processes that could include:
  • Admission account/application
  • Registration - credit and workforce/continuing education
  • Student updates/transcript requests
  • New Student Orientation
  • Macomb OneCard
  • Placement Testing
  • Forms/My Macomb
  • Account activation and password resets
• Direct students to appropriate offices as needed for assistance.
• Placement Test administration, including test proctoring, processing test scores in Colleague, maintaining accurate test records, and providing copies of scores to students as needed.
• Provide support as needed for campus tours/events.
• Assist with student data entry in both Recruit and Colleague.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Participate in departmental training as appropriate.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

High school diploma; some college coursework helpful.
