Job Description
As a Student Support Specialist I - Scheduling and Catalog, you will perform a range of duties related to Scheduling Classes and Curriculum as well as maintaining and updating the University Catalog.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating the University Catalog
- Schedule courses and classrooms
- Schedule Finals and Evening Exams
- Monitor and answer questions out of multiple resource accounts
- Work with faculty, staff and students on course related issues
- Work as part of a team
- Supporting other University Registrar functions
- Assist with functional testing of the student information system (myZou) and ticketing system
- Special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Shift
M-F, 8am-5pm
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
People Soft (myZou) experience, familiarity with course scheduling and University Catalog and Curriculum.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $15.10-$17 hourly
