The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance the student experience at SRUC by leading the ongoing development of the SRUC Students’ Association (SRUCSA). Working in partnership with elected student officers, you will help build a sustainable, autonomous and effective association that represents and champions the interests of students.
You will combine strategic leadership with effective operational management, supporting and developing student officers and representatives, strengthening student voice and participation, and fostering an inclusive, engaged and vibrant student community across all SRUC campuses.
Working collaboratively with colleagues throughout SRUC, you will play a key role in ensuring students have meaningful opportunities to influence decision-making and contribute to the future direction of the institution, helping to deliver a high-quality and inclusive student experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications required for this role are an SCQF Level 8 qualification (or equivalent), a relevant professional qualification, and/or significant relevant experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills and expertise required to successfully undertake the responsibilities of the post.
