- Support campaigns and projects that improve the student experience.
- Analyse feedback and engagement data to identify trends and drive improvement.
- Develop students' confidence in leadership, advocacy, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to strengthen student representation.
This Role Could Be Perfect for You If...
- You're a Students' Union professional seeking greater influence and development opportunities.
- You've recently completed a Sabbatical Officer role and want to continue making a difference.
- You enjoy developing others, building relationships and turning ideas into action.
- You're passionate about student voice, engagement and positive change.
About You

Desirable
- Experience working in a Students' Union, membership organisation or higher education setting.
- Experience managing student representation or engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of university governance or democratic processes.
- Experience supporting elections, campaigns or advocacy projects.
If you're excited about the role but don't meet every requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply.
