Firstly. – To commence the selection process for the recruitment of one Study Coordinator under an employment contract, in accordance with the criteria, requirements and selection process set out in the attached Annex.

Skills/Qualifications
Monitoring of patients enrolled in the study, analysis of the data collected, and supervision of prescribed physical activity and exercise.
Specific Requirements
- Hold Spanish nationality or that of any Member State of the European Union, or any nationality to which the free movement of workers applies under international treaties concluded by the European Union and ratified by Spain. Foreign nationals of any nationality who are legally resident in Spain and who also hold a valid work permit may also apply under this call for applications.
- Be aged 18 or over and not have reached the minimum retirement age. In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, recognition must be sought from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.
- People with a degree of disability of 33 per cent or more may take part in this selection process on an equal footing with other applicants; this circumstance must be indicated on the application form.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. The requirements and merits claimed by the applicant must be duly substantiated by providing the relevant documentation (employment history, contracts, qualifications, certificates, etc.) at the time of submitting the application. Strict compliance with the requirements is a necessary condition for candidates to be admitted to the selection process.

Benefits
Contract type: Permanent contract (Article 23 bis of Law 14/2011 LCTI).
- Part-time: 3 hours per week.
- Remuneration: €218.25 gross per month, including the pro rata share of two special payments.
- Research project: PI 2023 04 1266. Effect of the combination of spinal cord neurostimulation and exercise based on neuromuscular control of the core in patients diagnosed with failed back surgery.
- Place of work: FIBSAL | Salamanca Biomedical Research Foundation. Salamanca University Healthcare Complex.
Eligibility criteria
Assessment of merits and skills based on CV (0–60 points)
I. – WORK EXPERIENCE and/or KNOWLEDGE in the subject area: (Maximum 30 points)
- Experience of participating in R&D&I projects funded through calls for proposals by public or private administrations or organisations (10 points)
- Publications in Q1 journals (10 points)
- Supervision of doctoral theses (10 points)
II. – EDUCATION (Maximum 30 points)
Academic qualifications (30 points).
- Doctorate (20 points).
- Master’s degree in Chronic Pain (10 points)
Candidates who hold a disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33 per cent or more will have their final score increased by 2 points.
Competency-based interview: (0–40 points). During this stage, candidates will discuss the details set out in their CV and supporting documentation, with the assessment focusing primarily on aspects such as: adaptability, proactivity, teamwork, analytical skills, planning, organisation and results-orientation, as well as knowledge of how the IIS operates and the role to be filled.
Selection process
The selection process will consist of two phases:
- Analysis and assessment of all applicationsreceived,classifyingthembasedonhowwelltheCVmatchestheestablished profile and meets the requirements,andassessmentofthemeritsclaimed.
- Competency-based interview: candidates with thehighestscoresinPhase1willbeinvitedtointerview,providedthat their score in that phase exceedshalfplusone.Theseselectionpanelmayproposethatthe callfor applicationsbe declared void if no candidateissuitablefortheposition
