Responsibilities

1. Lead, teach, and supervise campers during their time at RBGA to ensure a successful camp experience.
2. Create and develop activities for campers that follow RBGA's mission.
3. Maintain high standards of health and safety for campers.
4. Be a role model to campers in your attitude and behavior.
5. Represent RBGA when interacting with parents, caregivers, or community partners.
6. Assist with other activities, programs, and seasonal events as needed by performing other relevant duties as assigned.
