Compensation

Pay Range: $109,250.00 - $177,530.00 / year. Job Description

To supervise and evaluate pharmaceutical services in an assigned area. To ensure pharmacy operations conform to all applicable internal and external regulations, are fiscally sound and promote quality patient care. Provides pharmaceutical care as needed.

Responsibilities Include

• Oversee daily activities of staff pharmacists and technicians, particularly focusing on specialty products and the associated workflow.
• Oversee scheduling and participate with staffing support.
• Ensure that all pharmacy practice guidelines and regulatory compliance standards are met.
• Work with other departmental leaders to promote positive outcomes for specialty pharmacy and transplant patient populations.
• Ideal candidate should have retail pharmacy experience with previous supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.
