  • Maintain inventory via FM software and lead the annual fiscal year-end reconciliation.
  • Manage the lifecycle of campus furniture, including ordering, installation, maintenance, and routine safety inspections.

Logistics & Campus Services

  • Provide logistical coordination for campus events (including Commencement and Reunions), managing staff schedules and equipment setups/breakdowns.
  • Deliver cleaning supplies across campus and manage the campus-wide laundry program.

Compliance & Environmental Health (EH&S)

  • Oversee hazardous/universal waste areas and chemical inventories, ensuring compliance with OSHA, SDS labeling, and MHC Hazard Communication standards.
  • Manage trash, recycling, and fuel/diesel supplies, including data collection for environmental reporting.
  • Lead the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program and assist with various facility inspections and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years in campus operations, warehouse management, or inventory control.
  • Working knowledge of trade products (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and proficiency in inventory tracking software and spreadsheets.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, vendors, and contractors.

  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a DOT physical (maintaining a DOT medical card).
  • OSHA 10-hour General Industry, Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), RCRA Hazardous Waste, and DOT Hazardous Materials certifications (or the ability to obtain them).
