Wisconsin Community Services (WCS) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our REACH (Reaching, Engaging, and Assisting Children & Families) program, serving youth and young adults through age 22 experiencing acute or crisis-related mental health needs.
This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, provide meaningful clinical guidance, and help youth and families build stronger, more sustainable futures.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8–10 Wraparound Care Coordinators.
- Provide weekly individual supervision, clinical consultation, and support with complex and crisis situations.
- Champion strength-based, trauma-informed, family-driven, culturally responsive Wraparound care.
- Review and approve Plans of Care, Crisis Plans, Response Plans, Provider Notes, and other clinical documentation.
- Support staff in coordinating services and developing sustainable transition plans for youth and families.
- Monitor service quality, documentation, productivity, and contract compliance.
- Support new Care Coordinators through training, mentoring, and Wraparound Milwaukee certification.
- Collaborate with youth, families, courts, providers, community partners, and Wraparound Milwaukee.
- Participate in quality improvement, staff meetings, trainings, and supervisory on-call rotation.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
- Active Wisconsin LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Wraparound Milwaukee Care Coordinator.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, coaching, and crisis-management skills.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and community settings.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and required insurance preferred.
