Objectives
The work will be carried out within the Communication, Events and Partnerships Unit of Instituto Superior Técnico's Oeiras Campus, with a focus on the creation and adaptation of digital content for the campus's various communication platforms. The aim is to strengthen the Oeiras Campus's digital presence through the use of accessible graphic design and digital editing tools, such as Canva and other video production and editing platforms.
Work Plan
The main tasks to be carried out include:
- Creation of visual content using Canva: development of graphic materials such as posters, social media posts, and other digital communication assets;
- Production and editing of short videos: support in recording, editing, and producing videos to promote events and activities taking place at the Oeiras Campus;
- Social media content management: preparation, scheduling, and publication of content for Instituto Superior Técnico – Oeiras Campus social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn);
- Monitoring of institutional communication channels: monitoring the social media channels of Instituto Superior Técnico and the Loures Campus, with the adaptation and reposting of relevant content for the Oeiras Campus audience;
- Support for institutional event communication: creation of digital promotional materials (invitations, banners, videos) and assistance with the visual and communication coverage of events before, during, and after their implementation.
This fellowship work plan provides the fellow with the opportunity to engage in scientific activities while acquiring practical knowledge and skills in the areas covered by the activity plan. Given the multidisciplinary nature of these activities, the work requires competencies across several fields and contributes to the fellow's professional development. In addition, it offers valuable experience in teamwork, communication, responsibility, initiative, and innovation.
Contest Procedure

Selection process
Contest Evaluation Method(s)
- Curricular evaluation weighted to 50% on a scale of 20 points with a minimum of 10 points needed for admission.
- Carta motivação weighted to 25% on a scale of 20 points with a minimum of 10 points needed for admission.
- Entrevista de avaliação weighted to 25% on a scale of 20 points with a minimum of 10 points needed for admission.
Conditions for the Contest Evaluation
Final Classification (FC) = 50% × Curriculum Assessment + 25% × Motivation Letter + 25% × Interview
