"Tactical Manager Logistics and Quality Unit | Pharmacy, Pharmacology and Toxicology"

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic tactical manager for the logistics and quality unit in the Department of Pharmacy, Pharmacology and Toxicology. In dual management with the pharmaceutical manager, you will lead the logistics section and the quality unit, focusing on personnel, organization, finances, infrastructure, and automation. You will contribute to developing the department's vision and translating it into policies and objectives.

Responsibilities: Lead employees in the logistics section and quality unit. Provide direction for employee development and growth. Drive the continuous development of logistics and quality processes based on set ambitions. Initiate improvements, integrate them into the organization, and manage the planning and control cycle. Prepare budgets and report to the pharmacy manager.

Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum HBO education level with academic work and thinking level. Several years of experience as a manager in a customer or patient environment, preferably in healthcare. Demonstrable knowledge of quality and process management. Experience in team development and change management. Strong skills in leadership, collaboration, analytical thinking, and customer orientation. You should be proactive, decisive, and focused on long-term vision while inspiring and facilitating employee development.

What the Employer Offers: A temporary contract for 1 year with potential for indefinite term at Radboudumc. Gross monthly salary between €5,847 and €7,424 for a full-time position (36 hours per week), plus 8% vacation pay, 8.3% end-of-year bonus, and possible irregularity allowances.
